Cliniconnects helps organizations automate their patient matching process and it takes some of the internal workflows and streamlines them to make those processes faster.
What inspired you to create this software?
I saw that there was something missing in the marketplace and that when certain therapy companies were trying to handle the patient matching process, they were doing so with Excel sheets, they were doing it with Google maps, they were doing it with connecting seven or eight different systems that are on the market and trying to get the entire workflow to happen through nine different systems. And so when I saw that, I said “We should try and fix that!”
What kind of companies could benefit from using cliniconnects?
Organizations that have implemented it have been able to, you know, sometimes expand, and grow their production by anywhere from up to 30%.
Any company that is delivering services to people in their homes, such as home health agencies, therapy, care providers, organizations that contract with regional centers, any organizations that send out clinicians or nurses or physical therapists or occupational therapists or speech therapist or whatever kind of clinician they send out to a patient’s home. Those organizations we see are able to increase their production by getting cliniconnects in place
What have you seen from agencies who have already started using cliniconnects?
From what we’ve seen organizations that have implemented it have been able to, you know, sometimes expand, and grow their production by anywhere from up to 30%, but not necessarily have to go bring on more and more administrative staff to handle that entire increase in production What we’ve also seen is organizations that are able to streamline their workflows and make it much more efficient and have people do work that people should do and not work that computers should do.
Is Cliniconnects easy to set up and start using?
Absolutely! When the whole design of the product was made, it was in mind with making it easy for organizations to get it implemented. We basically took all the complex issues and problems that an organization might run into. And we, and we built into the software ways to automate those processes and help organizations just put in place kind of like plug and play.
If somebody was on the fence weather they need cliniconnects or not, what would you say to them?
Well first, I would ask them a couple of questions and I would find out what are they trying to solve? Because at the end of the day, we made the product to help organizations solve the problems that they’re running into. But for most people, I would just say if you really want to expand, and you’re really looking for a way to streamline your workflows and make things more efficient.
